How much notice do you need to plan a retreat?
Ideally 4-6 weeks to develop customized menus and coordinate logistics. Rush bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What if participants have unique dietary restrictions?
I accommodate all dietary needs: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, allergies, medical diets. I ask for a detailed list before the retreat to ensure everyone is well-fed and included.
Do you provide meal planning for home-based retreats?
Yes! I work with multi-room homes, villas, chalets and wellness centers. The scale and complexity are what matter—I adapt to your space.
What if the retreat location has limited kitchen facilities?
I assess kitchen capabilities during the planning phase. For smaller kitchens, I adjust menus to what's feasible. I've worked in various settings and always find solutions.
Can you accommodate very large groups?
Yes, though I typically work best with groups up to 30-40 participants. For larger events, I can recommend colleague chefs for co-catering.
Do you offer consultation for nutrition education during the retreat?
Absolutely. I offer optional nutrition talks tailored to your group's interests: sports nutrition for pilates, managing energy throughout the day, shopping and meal prep tips, etc.
