Mediterranean fish, Andalusian olive oil and French expertise
You've rented a dream villa between Puerto Banús and La Zagaleta. But between AP-7 traffic, impossible VIP tables at Nobu or Trocadero in July-August, and kids exhausted after the beach... who really wants to manage meals? I'll set up in your kitchen and turn the treasures of Andalusia into French gastronomy.
The Marbella is not just about stunning beaches and golf courses. It's also one of Europe's best-kept culinary secrets: fish caught the same morning at the Estepona lonja, jamón ibérico from Jabugo, Picual olive oil from Antequera DOP, and wines from Ronda's bodegas.
My approach? French technique applied to Andalusian treasures. I shop at the Estepona fish market, negotiate with Sierra Blanca producers, and transform everything in your villa's kitchen.
You come back from the beach, the table is set by the pool, and a perfectly roasted robalo awaits you. That's the Marbella experience I offer.
The reality of holidays in Marbella with children
The most beautiful villas are often remote. In summer, the AP-7 motorway is packed. Nobody wants to spend an hour in traffic after a beach day.
In July-August, the best restaurants are fully booked weeks in advance. What's left? Tourist traps.
After a day at the pool and beach, little ones are exhausted. A restaurant at 9pm? Guaranteed disaster.
Your villa has a stunning kitchen, but who wants to cook on holiday? Especially when local products are exceptional.
I take care of everything while you enjoy your holiday
I'm at the Estepona fish market selecting the best catches. You're still asleep.
Fresh fruit, local pastries, eggs from the farm... everything is ready when you wake up.
Chef momentYou enjoy your day. I prepare everything for tonight and can organise lunch if you wish.
Return from the beach, refreshments and small savoury bites awaiting you.
Chef momentService begins. The children are fed first if needed, the adults savour each course.
Chef momentI leave. Kitchen spotless. You enjoy the starry terrace with a digestif.

The heart of Andalusian luxury. Exceptional villas between golf fairways and private beaches. Demanding international clientele, high-end infrastructure. This is where I cook most often.
Authenticity and charm. Spectacular Estepona headland and coastal cliffs, laid-back laid-back Costa del Sol atmosphere. Families seeking the "real" Spain away from tourist complexes.
The Marbella's best-kept secret. Deserted islands of traditional Nueva Andalucía architecture, authentic fish markets. Absolute calm and preserved flavours.
The famous pueblos blancos, one hour inland. Ronda's cliff-top old town, Gaucín's mountain air, traditional bodegas and artisan cheeses. For days when you want to combine villa life with Andalusian heritage. For those who want to combine beach and preserved nature.
An exceptional terroir to elevate
Estepona market is a treasure: robalo (sea bass), dourada (sea bream), polvo (octopus), percebes... Fish caught in the morning, prepared in the evening.
Neighbouring Andalusia produces powerful reds, Douro fresh whites. I create food and wine pairings that surprise even connoisseurs.
Marbella almonds, Ronda oranges, dried figs, sierras sheep cheese... A Mediterranean larder at your villa's doorstep.
300 days of sunshine a year. Your villas often have equipped outdoor kitchens. I grill fish over wood fire while you watch the sunset.
I elevate robalo with a salt crust, reimagine cataplana with French touches. The best of both worlds.
Estepona fish market, Sierra Blanca covered market, Ronda organic producers... I know where to find the best products.
Gourmet children's menus (no industrial nuggets), flexible schedules, allergies managed. Parents truly rest.
Present in the kitchen when needed, invisible the rest of the time. Your family privacy is preserved.
"I work Mediterranean fish with French rigour. A perfectly cooked royal sea bream, Andalusia olive oil, wild herbs from sierras de Ronda... The simplicity that elevates. That's what I offer in your villa."
