My approach? French technique applied to Andalusian treasures. I shop at the Estepona fish market, negotiate with Sierra Blanca producers, and transform everything in your villa's kitchen.

How much does a villa chef cost in Marbella?

Formulas range from €400/day (1 meal of your choice) to €450/day (2 meals) to €600/day (3 meals + goûter). Grocery shopping is part of my service. Travel costs and chef accommodation are additional, detailed in the personalised quote.

How many guests do the rates cover?

The package rates apply for 1 to 10 guests. Beyond that:
11 to 15 guests: an additional €100/day supplement applies to the chosen package.
16 to 20 guests: I recommend adding a server at €170/day to maintain the quality of table service.
For groups over 20 guests, please contact me directly — we'll size the team (chef + assistants + servers) according to the desired format.

What is the minimum duration?

4 days minimum for villa chef services in Marbella.

Can we have you for just one evening?

No, the villa chef service is designed for stays of minimum 4 days. For one-off events (birthdays, etc.), contact me to discuss possibilities.

Where do you buy products in Marbella?

I mainly source from Estepona fish market (the best in the region), Sierra Blanca covered market for fruits, vegetables and cheeses, and local producers for olive oils and almonds.

How does shopping work?

I handle everything: product selection, market purchases, transport. Purchases are at your expense with detailed tracking. Allow around €40-60 per person per day depending on menus.

Do you work in the Golden Mile (Puerto Banús, La Zagaleta)?

Yes, it's actually my main area of operation in Marbella. I know the villas of Puerto Banús, La Zagaleta and Sotogrande well, and I also travel to Estepona, Nueva Andalucía, San Roque and throughout the countryside.

Do you offer children's menus?

Absolutely! I create menus adapted for children with fresh products. If they want nuggets, I make homemade nuggets. Allergies and intolerances 100% managed.

Can you cook for more than 10 people?

Yes, with additional staff if needed (server, kitchen assistant). Large Marbella family villas often accommodate 12-16 people: it's my speciality. To be discussed together based on your configuration.
