Private Chef in Sardinia

French gastronomy on the Emerald Coast

Experience world-class dining in your Porto Cervo villa or aboard your yacht. I bring French culinary excellence to the Costa Smeralda, creating unforgettable Mediterranean experiences with the treasures of Sardinian seas.

Sardinia: The Mediterranean's best-kept secret

The Costa Smeralda has been the refuge of the global elite since the 1960s. Created by the Aga Khan, this coastline with its emerald waters and hidden coves attracts the most prestigious families from Europe and around the world.

From Porto Cervo to Porto Rotondo, through the legendary beaches of Pevero and Cala di Volpe, Sardinia offers a unique setting for exceptional holidays. But the best restaurants like Matsuhisa or Casaclub are fully booked months in advance.

As a French private chef, I bring refined gastronomy directly to your villa. Lobster from Santa Teresa, bluefin tuna from Carloforte, bottarga from Cabras—Sardinian treasures elevated by French techniques.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

How much does a private chef cost in Sardinia?

My rates start at €400 per day for the Essential package (lunch and dinner) and go up to €600 for the Exclusive package with all meals. Grocery shopping is included in the service. Travel and accommodation costs are additional and detailed in your quote.

Do you offer yacht catering services?

Yes! Yacht catering is one of my specialties. From day trips to La Maddalena to week-long cruises through the archipelago, I handle all provisioning, coordinate with your crew, and prepare gourmet meals at sea. Custom pricing based on duration and group size.

How do you source ingredients in Sardinia?

Sardinia offers exceptional products. I source from Olbia market, directly from fishermen for lobster and daily catches, and from local producers for bottarga, pecorino, and Sardinian charcuterie. Budget approximately €50-70 per person per day depending on menus.

What is the minimum booking duration?

The minimum is 4 days. This allows for a varied culinary journey and gives me time to source the best Sardinian products. One or two-week bookings are ideal to discover the full gastronomic richness of the island.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (July-August), book 2-3 months ahead— the Costa Smeralda is in high demand. For June and September, 4-6 weeks is usually sufficient. Contact me as soon as you confirm your villa dates to ensure availability.

Can you cook traditional Sardinian dishes?

Absolutely. I master Sardinian classics: malloreddus alla campidanese, porceddu (roast suckling pig), fregola con arselle, seadas with honey. I can create 100% Sardinian menus or Franco-Sardinian fusion according to your wishes.

Do you adapt to dietary restrictions?

Of course. Vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, children's preferences— I accommodate all requirements with the same attention to culinary excellence. We discuss everything in advance to create perfect menus for each guest.
