⛷️ You ski, I prepare

While you enjoy the Évasion Mont-Blanc domain (400 km of slopes!), I shop at Megève market or from local producers: alpine Beaufort, Savoie sausages, Lake Geneva perch. I prepare dinner and a comforting afternoon tea.

5:00 - 6:30 PM

🍫 After-ski snack

Return to the chalet: homemade hot chocolate, Savoyard blueberry cake, fresh tomme cheese on toast. Children recharge while parents enjoy mulled wine with spices or local génépi liqueur.

7:30 - 9:30 PM

🍷 Gourmet dinner

The highlight of the day: a 4-course menu served by the fireplace. Savoyard amuse-bouche, herb-crusted Lake Geneva perch, lamb rack with morels, and to finish a warm Génépi soufflé. Savoyard wine pairing available on request.

The minimum duration is 4 days. This allows me to settle in, source from local producers and offer you a true culinary experience with varied menus throughout your stay.

Can we hire you just for one evening?

I favour stays of several days, but for an exceptional occasion in Megève (New Year's Eve, birthday, special event), I can consider your request. Contact me to discuss.

Where do you do your shopping in Megève?

I source from the best producers and shops in the region: Megève market (Wednesday and Friday), the village cheese shop for alpine cheeses, fishmongers for Lake Geneva perch, and local butchers for meats and Savoie sausages.

Absolutely! I specialise in family meals. I prepare menus adapted to children (fresh pasta, gratins, indulgent desserts) while offering more elaborate cuisine for adults. After-ski snacks are always a favourite with the little ones.

Yes, I work throughout the Megève basin: Megève of course, but also Combloux, Saint-Gervais, Praz-sur-Arly and surrounding villages. These destinations are part of the same ski area and offer magnificent chalets with views of Mont-Blanc.
