Within the ancient walls or overlooking the shimmering Adriatic, I bring French gastronomy to your Dubrovnik villa. Ston oysters, Pelješac wines, Mediterranean excellence.
Book Your ChefDubrovnik is magical, but dining can be challenging
The Stradun is packed. Restaurant terraces overflow. Getting a table at the best spots requires booking weeks ahead—or knowing someone.
Old Town restaurants charge premium prices. For what you'd spend on one mediocre tourist meal, a private chef delivers excellence.
Late Mediterranean dining hours don't work with tired children. Navigating stairs and crowds with a stroller is exhausting.
You rented that stunning villa with the infinity pool and sea views—why spend evenings in town instead of enjoying it?
How I take care of everything while you explore Dubrovnik
I arrive early at Dubrovnik's main market. Fresh fish from the morning boats, local produce, Pelješac wines. The best selection before the crowds.
Back at your villa, I begin preparations. You enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace while I organize the kitchen.
Light, fresh, seasonal. Perhaps grilled sea bass with herbs, local vegetables, a crisp Pošip from Korčula. Served poolside.
While you explore the Old Town or swim in the Adriatic, I prepare tonight's dinner. The villa smells incredible when you return.
As the sun sets over Lokrum Island, I serve a multi-course dinner. Ston oysters, octopus carpaccio, grilled lamb—paired with Dingač red.
I clean everything. You relax under the stars. Tomorrow, we do it all again—but with a completely different menu.

What guests say about their Dubrovnik dining experience
After three days fighting crowds for restaurant tables in the Old Town, we found Adam. The transformation was incredible—gourmet meals in our villa, sunset dinners by the pool, and the Ston oyster evening was unforgettable.
We booked a cliffside villa expecting to eat out every night. Adam showed us a better way. His Pelješac wine dinner with local fish was the highlight of our trip. And we actually got to enjoy our €800/night villa!
Everything about hiring a private chef in Dubrovnik
Rates range from €400 to €600 per day depending on the package. This includes shopping at Gruž market, meal preparation, table service, and complete kitchen cleanup. Groceries and wines are billed separately at cost with receipts provided.
Absolutely. A Ston oyster experience is one of my signature offerings. I source fresh oysters directly from Mali Ston Bay—the world's oldest oyster farming site—and prepare them multiple ways: raw with Croatian sea salt, grilled with herb butter, or gratinéed with Pag cheese.
The minimum stay is 4 days. This allows time to create a proper culinary journey through Dubrovnik's specialties, source the best seasonal ingredients, and truly enhance your holiday experience.
I cover the entire Dubrovnik Riviera: Old Town villas, Lapad, Babin Kuk, Cavtat, Mlini, Plat, Zaton, and all surrounding areas. I also serve the Elaphiti Islands (Lopud, Koločep, Šipan) and can travel to Pelješac peninsula.
Primarily at Gruž market—Dubrovnik's main fresh market. I arrive early for the best fish and produce. For wine, I work with Pelješac producers. For oysters, directly from Mali Ston. I know where to find exceptional ingredients.
Yes! I regularly serve villa guests on Lopud, Koločep, and Šipan. I take the ferry with provisions or coordinate larger quantities in advance. Island stays are some of my favorites—the tranquility is perfect for intimate dining.
From Old Town elegance to island serenity, let's create something unforgettable.
