What guests say about their Croatian dining experience
We chartered a yacht from Split and Adam joined us for the week. The food was extraordinary—fresh fish every day, creative menus that honored local ingredients while bringing French finesse. Our best sailing holiday ever.
Our Hvar villa was stunning but the restaurants were impossible to book. Adam solved everything—he shopped, cooked, served, cleaned. We just enjoyed our holiday. The Ston oysters dinner was unforgettable.
