Everything you need to know before booking
My rates start at €400 per day for the Essential package (1 meal of your choice), €450 for 2 meals, and up to €600 for the Exclusive package (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack). Shopping is included. Travel and any accommodation are extra and depend on logistics.
Rates apply to 1 to 10 guests. From 11 to 15: a €100/day supplement. From 16 to 20: adding a waiter at €170/day is recommended. For more than 20 guests, contact me for a custom quote.

Yes. I happily work 100% organic and market-driven, as I did during a recent stay in Pyla for a family. We discuss menus and sourcing beforehand.
I handle all the shopping: Arcachon market, the fish auction, Cap-Ferret oyster huts and local producers. Purchases are at your expense, with a transparent tracking sheet. Budget around €40-60 per person per day depending on the menus.

The minimum is 4 consecutive days, to create a varied culinary experience.
