For a yoga retreat, I offer vegetarian or vegan cuisine, light and nutritious. Each meal is designed to support your practice: energizing breakfast before the morning session, balanced lunch rich in plant-based proteins, and light dinner in the evening. I use local, organic and seasonal products.
The price varies depending on the duration of the retreat, number of participants and type of cuisine desired. Budget between €350 and €600 per day, all-inclusive (shopping, preparation, service). A personalized quote is sent within 24 hours. The longer the retreat, the more advantageous the daily rate.
Absolutely. I adapt to all diets: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, ayurvedic, raw food, ketogenic, anti-inflammatory, detox. If your group has allergies or intolerances, I manage them individually. Each menu is custom designed in consultation with you.
I travel throughout Europe and beyond: Ibiza, Majorca, Algarve, Sardinia, Mykonos, Santorini, French Riviera, Saint-Tropez, Cap Ferrat, Marrakech, and the Alps (Verbier, Courchevel, Méribel, Megève). Whatever your destination, I arrange to be there.
I adapt to your format: weekend of 2-3 days, full week of 5-7 days, or extended retreat of 10-14 days. Most wellness retreats last between 4 and 7 days. The longer the duration, the more I can vary the menus and create a true evolving culinary experience.
