Wedding at Domaine de la Dune, Arcachon
A gourmet reception among the pine trees of Arcachon
Most people picture Arcachon from the beach. Domaine de la Dune reveals another side: tucked between the Moulleau district and Les Abatilles beach, it hides beneath the pines in a natural, unspoilt setting.
It is a place you move through. You go from the barn to the hall, from the shade of the pine forest to the glow of the reception, and every move brings a new mood. My cooking follows that path, with a highlight at each stage.
What I offer is a generous, honest table that brings together the scents of the pine woods and those of the nearby ocean, without ever losing sight of the simple joy of being together.
For you, that means a day that flows: no dead time between the ceremony and the aperitif, no endless wait before dinner, and a team that blends into the setting instead of rushing through it.
"Beneath the pines, a table that tastes of the ocean."
A day in three acts, from the first 'I do' to the last dessert
The rustic barn hosts your ceremony, sheltered and full of character. While you exchange vows, my brigade quietly finishes setting up the drinks reception.
A winding path through the pines leads your guests to the aperitif. An oyster bar awaits them, with oysters opened to order, while savoury canapés go round until sunset.
The party moves into the reception hall for a plated dinner or generous sharing dishes. Dessert arrives with the music, and the evening can begin.

There is no need for artifice here: the pine trunks, the pale sand and the dappled light create the atmosphere on their own. I favour understated presentation, wooden boards and clean plates, and let the landscape do the rest.
Being so close to the ocean invites me to work with oysters, line-caught fish and shellfish, while autumn brings ceps and game. Each season writes its own version of your menu.
For dessert, I like fresh, fruity creations that are easy to share once the dance floor fills up: seasonal tarts, pavlovas, or a wedding tower that makes its entrance by candlelight.
"Adam looked after our intimate wedding. It was a wonderful experience and he played a big part in making such an important, special day a success. And it never lies: the children loved every bite. Very available, attentive and extremely professional. We recommend him 200%! Thanks again to him."
"Many thanks again: thanks to you we had a lovely day and, above all, we ate wonderfully well."
"The meal was one of the highlights of our wedding and we warmly recommend him to anyone planning to marry near Bordeaux. His team was very attentive and the maître d' was impeccable."
Give me your date and number of guests: I will reply personally within 24 working hours, with first menu ideas.
