Personalised wedding menu

A personalised wedding menu that tells your story

A wedding meal as unique as your story

Telling your love story at the table

I am Chef Adam, passionate about cooking and about the art of telling stories through flavour. To me, a personalised wedding menu is one where you can taste how you met, your travels and your family meals.

My aim? To give your meal real meaning by shaping it from your memories, your defining moments and your love. Your guests discover your story course by course, and will never taste it anywhere else.

"Because your love is unique, your menu should be too."

From your story to your menu

Six stages, from the first call to the last course

Step 1

A first video call

It can all start with a simple video call, with no form to fill in. We get to know each other and you tell me about your plans.

Step 2

Meeting in person

If the connection is there, we meet for real. I take the time to get to know you and your relationship.

Step 3

Your memories

We dive into your story: the first dinner, your travels, childhood recipes, and also what you do not like.

Step 4

The first plates

I turn those memories into dish proposals, each with its own story, for a menu as unique as your love.

Step 5

The tasting

A private tasting to approve every flavour and adjust to your wishes.

Step 6

The big day

I am in the kitchen and by your side until the last course, for an experience that lives up to your story.

A personalised wedding menu, chapter by chapter

Your first dinner inspires the starter: the restaurant of your first date, the dish you shared that evening, so your guests discover how your story began.

A journey that stayed with you finds its way into the main course: spices from a faraway market, fish grilled by the sea. Your loved ones travel through your memories.

A childhood recipe becomes dessert: a grandmother's cake, elevated for the big day, like a piece of your culinary heritage.

A real relationship with your chef

A real closeness grows between a couple and their chef, a little like with a wedding planner. We talk about your story, your families, your wishes and sometimes your doubts.

Many of the couples I work with do not hire a wedding planner: they rely heavily on me and on my organisation. I then partly take on that role, and a genuine relationship builds over the months, far beyond a simple catering service.

They trusted me with their wedding

★★★★★

"We hired Chef Adam Brunet for our wedding (a very friendly one with only 14 guests). All our expectations were exceeded, starting with how he listened and adapted to our wishes from the very first contact; then at dinner, our guests and we were delighted by the presentation and amazed by the flavours. Very friendly, the Chef also joined in and brightened the evening with his good humour. Thank you for making it an unforgettable memory."

"Thank you to Chef Adam who, beyond his excellence, elevated our wedding and delighted everyone's taste buds from the cocktail reception to the dinner. A thousand thanks for his rigour and discretion."

Frequently asked questions about a personalised wedding menu

How does our story translate into a menu?
It all starts with a conversation. I ask about how you met, your travels, your family meals and your favourite dishes. I keep a few powerful memories and turn them into dishes that work together, from the amuse-bouche to dessert.
Do we need to meet in person to get started?
No. A first video call is enough to get to know each other, with no form to fill in. If the connection is there, we then meet for real, and again at the tasting.
What if we have no clear ideas?
That is very common, and it is exactly my role. As we talk, a memory almost always comes back: a smell, a dessert, a holiday dinner. That is often the truest starting point.
Will our guests know the story behind each dish?
Yes. On the printed menu, each dish can come with a few words telling where it comes from: your first dinner, a journey, a family recipe. In short, we write your story.
Is such a personal menu possible for a large wedding?
Yes. From 30 to 300 guests, the menu remains yours: I size the kitchen brigade and service team so that every plate is presented with the same care.
