Family-home cooking, chef style
Hosting in a villa brings back the spirit of big family tables. I love that atmosphere: it allows for more personal cooking, where a dish from your childhood or a flavour from your travels can find its way onto the menu.
The Bay of Arcachon gives me an exceptional larder: oysters, fish and shellfish, vegetables grown a few kilometres away, and the wines of nearby Bordeaux.
Vegetarians, guests with allergies, children: everyone receives a plate designed for them, with no drop in quality.
