Looking for a wedding planner in Arcachon or elsewhere around the Bay, and a chef for the meal? Elisa Meresse and I are used to working together. She organises and coordinates your wedding around the Bay of Arcachon, in Bordeaux and across Aquitaine; I design and cook your meal.

We have already led many weddings side by side. Reception after reception, we have learnt to understand each other at a glance, to time the service to the running order and to anticipate the unexpected. For you, that means just two contacts, and a team that knows each other well.

I design your bespoke menu, cook it on site with fresh produce from South-West France and serve it with my team, in step with the running order created with Elisa.

We take the time to meet you and talk about you, your relationship and your story. Your wedding grows out of that conversation.

I cook every dish of your future menu for you at a tasting, offered free of charge provided we work together.

Between us, we have an address book of more than 30 trusted suppliers: venues, florists, photographers, decorators, entertainers...

There on the day
Elisa orchestrates the day, from the first guest to the last. For my part, I lead the kitchen brigade and host the meal. You simply live your wedding.

Villa La Tosca, in Lanton, is one of the venues where Elisa and I have shared several memorable weddings. We know the house, its spaces and its rhythm, and we know how to bring a reception to life there, right by the Bay.

Each wedding there has been different, built around the couple, but always with the same way of working: Elisa coordinating, me in the kitchen, and a team that passes the baton without the couple ever having to think about it.

Have you worked together before?

Yes, on many weddings, including at Villa La Tosca. We have our routines, which makes the organisation smoother for you.

Why choose a wedding planner and a chef who work together?

Because it gives you peace of mind. We speak the same language and are used to coordinating our work. The meal, often the longest part of the day, fits perfectly into the running order.

Is the tasting really complimentary?

Yes, it is offered free of charge provided we work together. For me, it is the best way for you to discover my cooking before the big day.

Can I book the chef without a wedding planner?

Of course. I also cater weddings working directly with the couple. And if you have already chosen a wedding planner, I am happy to work with her or him.

Where do you work?

All around the Bay of Arcachon, in Bordeaux and the surrounding region. Elisa also looks after weddings across Aquitaine.
