Christmas and New Year's Eve are the most precious moments of the year — and the busiest. Between the shopping, cooking for the whole table and the late-night washing-up, you rarely get to enjoy your guests. The solution? A private chef in your chalet: you host, I take care of everything, from the festive menu to the last glass.
Why a private chef for Christmas or New Year?
Over the holidays, the best resort restaurants are fully booked weeks ahead, and heading out on the night of the 24th or 31st, into the cold and snow, is no fun. With a chalet chef, the celebration comes to you: gourmet cuisine served at your table, in the warmth of your chalet, with your loved ones. You stay together, by the fire, from the first toast to dessert.
A gourmet festive menu, from caviar to yule log
For the holidays, I pull out all the stops: caviar canapés, homemade foie gras, lobster, beef Wellington, a fine cheese board, then a yule log or a pavlova to close. A bespoke festive menu, designed with you, suited to your tastes and to children.
Yule log, pavlova: the sweet touch of the holidays
Dessert makes the magic of a festive evening. A revisited yule log, a pavlova assembled à la minute, petits fours: a spectacular finale, plated before your eyes. And the table, set in front of the tree, does the rest.

The holidays are about staying together by the fire — not being stuck in the kitchen. That's exactly what I bring to the chalet.
How a Christmas or New Year's evening unfolds
I arrive ahead of time to prepare everything. At the agreed hour, I launch the festive aperitif — caviar bites, champagne — while you welcome your guests. Dinner flows at your pace, course after course, served at the table. I stay discreet in the kitchen, handle the service, and at the end of the evening I leave a spotless kitchen. All you have to do is enjoy.
In which resort? From the French Alps to all of Europe
For the holidays, I travel to your chalet across Europe — in the French Alps (Megève, Courchevel, Val d'Isère, Arâches – Grand Massif), the Swiss Alps (Verbier, Zermatt, Gstaad, St-Moritz), and ski resorts across Europe. See all my destinations.
