I started cooking at 16 thanks to my mother who, on the farm, passed on her culture of taste. Since then, I've been developing this sensitivity through the seasons, travels, and culinary encounters.
After my culinary diploma in Poitiers, I traveled the world for a year and a half — Australia, Bali, Taiwan, Burma. Back in France, I worked in Cannes, in the Alps, then on Arcachon Bay. I even took a 2-year detour as a cheese maker alongside my parents, discovering the warmth of market life.
After ten years in hospitality, from bistro to fine dining, I started my business in 2018. For me, cooking is above all about sharing and exchanging emotions. Unlike in a restaurant, as a private chef, I stay in contact with you throughout the meal. Discovering your reactions live is what I'm passionate about. People are at the heart of my profession.
My signature? Traditional French cuisine revisited with a modern touch. I work with quality products without hiding their taste behind artifice. I love varying textures, constantly improving, and never making the same thing twice. Authentic flavors with my personal touch.
